About this policy

This policy explains how Pullday (“we”, “us” and “our”) handles personal information when you use pullday.com.au or contact us. Pullday is an Australian collector resource for exploring cards, prices, stores and events.

You can browse without an account. Collector accounts are coming soon; the account section below explains what will be collected if you choose to use them when they become available. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@pullday.com.au.

Information you share

When you email us or use a contact, event suggestion or store form, we collect the name, email address, message and other details you provide. Store requests may include a business name, website, location, your relationship to the business and the listing you want corrected.

We use these details to review and respond to your request. Contact details submitted in a form are not automatically published. Relevant business or event information may be published after review. Please only share information you are entitled to provide, and leave out passwords, payment details and identity documents.

Collector accounts — coming soon

When Google sign-in becomes available, choosing it will provide us with your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive.

If you use account features, we store the cards and details you save: collection quantities, condition, language, grades, printing notes and purchase costs; wishlist targets, priorities, preferences, goals and notes; and followed illustrators. These records are associated with your account and are not publicly displayed. Authorised access may be needed to provide support, maintain the service or meet legal obligations.

Technical information and browser storage

Our hosting services process connection and request information, which may include your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, referring page, timestamps and errors. We use this information to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect against abuse. Submission limits use hashed identifiers derived from an IP address or email address.

Essential cookies support security and, when available, sign-in. Account sessions are configured to last up to seven days. Saved store shortcuts use your browser’s local storage and stay on that device until you remove them or clear site data. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser; blocking them may affect some features.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or optional visitor analytics on Pullday. External websites and embedded content have their own privacy practices.

Directory and marketplace information

We use public business, event and catalogue information to build the site. A directory entry may contain a business address or professional contact information. Contact us if information about you or your business needs correcting or removing.

Our eBay integration receives listing details such as titles, images, prices, condition and seller country. Seller identifiers are converted into protected matching identifiers for handling eBay account-deletion notices; we do not display those identifiers. Verified deletion notices remove affected snapshots and retain a minimal protected record to help prevent the information being imported again.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate Pullday, provide requested features, answer enquiries, review corrections, maintain accurate records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use collection and wishlist notes for advertising.

Information may be available to service providers supporting hosting, databases, security, email and account authentication, and to people authorised to administer Pullday. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect legal rights. We do not publish private account records or enquiry messages as part of the public catalogue.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use Vercel to host and deliver the website and Neon to store application records. The application database is hosted in Australia. Hosting, network delivery, support and other provider operations may involve processing outside Australia, including in the United States.

Card and listing images may load from external image hosts, and store pages may embed OpenStreetMap. Loading that content sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address, to its provider. Following an eBay, store, ticketing or other external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy. Google’s privacy policy will also apply if you choose Google sign-in when it becomes available.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, access controls and other reasonable safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

We keep enquiry and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle requests and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements. You can ask us to remove information we no longer need. Listing snapshots are refreshed or removed through the import process; minimal security and deletion-prevention records may be retained longer. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced, or where retention is legally required.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correct inaccurate information or request deletion by emailing support@pullday.com.au. Include enough detail to identify the relevant account, message or listing. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information, and we will explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil a request.

When account features are available, you can also change or remove saved collection and wishlist entries and unfollow illustrators through the site. Saved store shortcuts can be removed on your device. You can choose not to provide personal information, although we may then be unable to handle a request or provide an account feature.

Privacy concerns and complaints

Email support@pullday.com.au with “Privacy” in the subject and describe your concern. We will review it, seek any details needed and respond within a reasonable time. If a matter needs more time, we will explain the next steps.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, or have not received a response after 30 days, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about whether it can consider your complaint.

Children and policy updates

Children should use Pullday with a parent or guardian’s guidance. Please contact us if you believe a child has shared personal information that should be removed.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will explain material changes on the site and provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required.

For the rules that apply to using the site, see our Terms of use.
